Privacy Policy for PhasmoWiki

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application PhasmoWiki (package name com.KvDevCompany.PhasmoWiki), developed by KrupoderDev ("we", "us", "the developer"), handles information when you use the app. PhasmoWiki is an unofficial fan-made reference guide for the game Phasmophobia and is not affiliated with Kinetic Games.

1. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal files.

The app stores your preferences (selected language, font, selected map and whether the guide was shown) locally on your device only. This data is never sent to us.

2. Advertising

The app shows optional rewarded video ads (only when you press "Support Me (Watch Ads)") using the following third-party services:

• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) — ad mediation. Privacy policy
• Unity Ads — ad network. Privacy policy

To serve and measure ads, these providers may automatically collect information from your device, such as:

• the Google Advertising ID (AAID) and other device identifiers;
• IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it;
• device model, operating system version, language, network type and carrier;
• app information and ad interaction data (ad views, clicks, installs);
• diagnostic and crash data related to ad delivery.

This information is collected and processed by those third parties under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store it ourselves.

3. In-app purchases

The app offers an optional one-time "Support Me" purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play (Google Privacy Policy) through Unity In-App Purchasing. We never receive your payment card or billing details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.

4. How the information is used

• to show rewarded ads and prevent ad fraud;
• to process optional purchases;
• to keep your in-app settings between sessions.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Ads are shown only if you choose to watch them.
• You can remove all locally stored data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

6. Data retention and deletion

We do not keep any user data on our own servers. Data collected by the advertising partners is retained according to their policies linked above. To request deletion of data held by those partners, please use the contact options in their privacy policies, or contact us and we will help you.

7. Security

All communication between the app and third-party services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Children's privacy

PhasmoWiki is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
